Introduction
At the request of a customer, contacts for that customer can be granted the permissions to view tickets that are created by other users for that company (link)
Steps
- Either point your browser to https://support.eden-akers.com
- In the top right corner choose [Login]
- in choose "Tickets" from the horizontal top menu:
- Click on "Open or Pending" to change the view to "All Tickets" or "Resolved or Closed"
