Please note that tickets can only be submitted by customers of HCS Company Microsoft Services
- In the top right corner of the screen click "New support ticket":
- Fill in the Requested information and click [Submit]

After the ticket is successfully created, the following message appears:
As this is the first ticket you created an account to access our Service Desk system will be created automatically. Your username and password will be send to the email address you provided in the ticket. Please use this to sign-in and check the status of your ticket and in the future create additional tickets.
