Introduction

This article provides step-by-step guidance on how to modify your existing New Commerce Experience (NCE) licenses within your tenant using the Eden Akers Cloud Marketplace. You can easily increase or decrease license quantities, adjust subscription terms, or cancel licenses if they are no longer required. Follow the instructions outlined in this article to effectively manage your organization's NCE licenses.


Steps

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Marketplace - How to Sign In to the Cloud Marketplace 
  2. From the left-side navigation menu in the Cloud Marketplace, click Services
  3. You now see an overview with all the Services Eden Akers is providing you and that are provisioned to your Tenant:
  4. Locate and click on the specific product or subscription you wish to modify
  5. Under the section Subscription details, click on the Manage Subscription link
  6. Once the Subscription details screen appears, Click the Change button to initiate modifications to your current NCE subscription
  7.  Scroll to the Adjust Options section and update the Quantity field to reflect the desired number of licenses
  8. Click the Next Button to continue. In the "Setup your Purchase" page that follows, click Next

  9. Carefully review your order details, paying special attention to the commitment period (monthly or yearly) and the corresponding payment conditions (monthly or annually in advance). Optionally, enter a PO number for your internal reference. If everything is correct, click the Place Order button to finalize your modifications.
