Create Individual Users

1. Login to the Cloud Marketplace at https://marketplace.eden-akers.com
2. In the bottom left corner click "+ New"
3. Select "Create user"
   
4. In the "Select Parent" Window, click [Next]
   
5. Enter the "Personal details" of the person that will be granted access and click [Next]
   
6. Check and if necessary, update the "Contact Details". It is recommended to change the language to English and check both of the Notify Checkboxes so that both the creator of the user as well as the user themselves receives a notification of the newly created user for the Cloud Marketplace
   
7. Click [Next] to get to the "Billing details" Window. In that Windows click [Finish]
   
8. The user should now have already received the credentials for the Marketplace. (Check SPAM folders).
   If not, First Time credentials can be resend using the "Credentials to this User" functionality as explained here.
9. Final Important Step is to click on [Manage User Security] and grant the created user the following permissions:
   - Customer Admin (Advanced)
   - Customer Admin (Modify)
   - Customer Admin (Read-Only)Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is mandatory and will automatically be applied
