Eden Akers customers have the possibility to use Premium Support for break/fix issues. The advantage of this service is direct contact with and support by Microsoft. Opposed to using either https://support.eden-akers.com or [email protected] the proces to get Premium Support is the following:
- Login to the Cloud Marketplace via https://marketplace.eden-akers.com
- Choose in the tree of services and licenses
- In the bottom of the screen choose "New Ticket"
- Fill in the "New Ticket" form. After completing the form and clicking [Ok] a case is created at Microsoft
