Eden Akers customers have the possibility to use Premium Support for break/fix issues. The advantage of this service is direct contact with and support by Microsoft. Opposed to using either https://support.eden-akers.com or [email protected] the proces to get Premium Support is the following:


  1. Login to the Cloud Marketplace via https://marketplace.eden-akers.com
  2. Choose in the tree of services and licenses
  3. In the bottom of the screen choose "New Ticket"
  4.  Fill in the "New Ticket" form. After completing the form and clicking [Ok] a case is created at Microsoft
