This article explains how to decrease the number of licenses in the cloud Marketplace that are committed for either a month or a year:
- Login to the Marketplace and select the License you want to reduce. With this license selected, click "Renew" (!) in the menu at the bottom of the screen:
- Reduce the Quantity to the new number of licenses you want to have available in your Tenant as per the renewal date. Wait for the system to commit the information and click the [Save] button when it becomes available (during the commit it is 'greyed out'
- Click on the [Save] Button in the bottom menu to finalize the change
The new (lower) number of licenses will now become effective as per the "Contract End Date"
