In order to add Reseller Group permissions to end customer subscriptions, the end customer needs to accept the indirect reseller relationship link. The relationship will make the reseller an indirect reseller and ALSO an indirect NCE provider.

Who can add permissions?

A user with owner role can add permissions. 

Why are permissions needed?

ALSO permissions will allow to:

• escalate your questions on behalf of the end customer to Microsoft
• make subscription management requests, (i.e., enabling a region/quota)
• mark Azure Consumption as "managed" giving it a more interesting price point

Without access to these subscriptions, Eden Akers will not be able to escalate these tickets to Microsoft, if/when needed and the price point for Azure Consumption will be 6-8% higher.

What needs to be done?

For both Eden Akers as well as her distributor Also the Foreign Principle groups for Admin Agent and Helpdesk Agent need to be added to the applicable Azure Subscriptions. Please contact Eden Akers to request a PowerShell script that can be ran to establish this.
