To renew an NCE subscription:

1

From the COMPANY STRUCTURE in the left side pane, navigate to the NCE subscription you wish to renew.

2

Click RENEW from the bottom of the screen.

3

From the Configuration pop-up window that appears, enter the following and click OK:

  • Quantity: Add the number of licenses you wish to renew. You can decrease or increase the amount from your current subscription, according to your needs.
  • Billing Type: Select your preferred commitment term (1 month, 1 year, or 3 years) and payment options (monthly, annual, prepaid), from the available options. You can also downgrade the subscription for renewal at this time.
  • Subscription end date alignment: Ensures that the next renewal date (after the current subscription is renewed), is the same as the renewal date of an existing subscription (as long as it's not a trial subscription you're trying to align the date with). You'll see all the possible end dates you could align the subscription to in the dropdown.
    • IMPORTANT: You can only select a date that's the same as the end date of an existing subscription but can't set a date earlier than the Contract end date of your current subscription currently. Learn more.

4

IMPROTANT: You can reset the changes you made in previous steps (before the subscription is renewed) if you click renew button on the dashboard or from the navigation panel at the bottom of the screen.

From the pop up that appears, click Reset saved values - and your renewal configuration will be reset to original!

Alternately, if you set the subscription to Terminate, the renewal configuration will disappear.

Coterminosity for existing subscriptions upon renewal

While we already provide you the opportunity to align the end dates between subscriptions while ordering them, you can now also align the dates between two subscriptions during renewal (see steps above).

IMPORTANT:

  • You can't align dates between a renewing 1- or 3-year subscription and an existing 1-month subscription.
  • Activating coterminosity for an existing subscription does not change the end-date of the current term of the subscription - it merely schedules the alignment for the next renewal date.
  • You can only select an alignment date that's the same as the end date of an existing subscription but can't set a date earlier than the Contract end date of your current subscription.

Coterminus dates for your subscriptions allows you to:

  • Align subscription's renewal dates with fiscal year start date, so that you can plan and allocate the budget accordingly.
  • Have a uniform invoicing experience, since all your subscriptions would have the same Renewal or Contract end date.

Note

  • You can't align the subscription dates mid-term. Changes to set a new Contract end date only occur following the subscription's current term - upon next renewal.
  • You can only set the end dates for subscriptions you've purchased for your customers - not web-direct purchased subscriptions or subscriptions from other partners.
