To check the Microsoft Partner Relationship Status, go to the Microsoft 365 Admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com and search for "Partner Relationships" or point your browser to https://admin.microsoft.com/#/partners

You will then see a screen with the current all the Microsoft Partners a Parner Link / Relationship has been setup:
