- Hold the Windows Key, then press “R” to bring up the Run box 
- Type "msra", then press “Enter“ or click [Ok] 
- Select "Invite someone you trust to help you" 
- Select "Use email to Send Invitation" 
- Windows Remote Assistance will now try to start your email program and prepare an email with the support information: 
- Enter the recipient's name in the "To" Field and click [Send]
 Note: the screen below is an example for Microsoft Outlook Pro Plus 
- Share the Password with the recipient via another means (Teams Message, Text Message, WhatsApp, etc.)
