Installing Find Time

Using Find Time in Outlook
- Start writing a new email as you would regularly do
- Click the "New Meeting Poll" button in the Outlook Ribbon

Managing the Meeting Poll after sending the Find Time invite
After the Meeting Poll has been send, you can manage it as follows:
- Go to https://FindTime.microsoft.com to edit the Meeting Poll
- In the Main Screen you can
- Edit the description of the meeting. Find Time by default uses the Subject of the mail used to send the Meeting Poll as the Subject of the Meeting - by clicking on the [Edit] button
- Go to the screen where you can Add and / or Remove dates and People from the Meeting Poll - by clicking on the Title of the meeting
- After clicking on the Name (Subject) of the meeting, the screen below appears
- Using the [Send Reminder] button people who did not voted on the meeting yet receive a reminder to do so
- When everybody has voted and / or if the meeting can be scheduled, clicking the [Schedule] button will:
- Send an invite to all members of the Meeting Poll
- Remove the Holds for the meeting from the Calendar of the persons who are in the same Office 365 Tenant as the person who has send the meeting Poll
